Approaches to Health Management
Considering employee mental and physical health an important management priority, Central Automotive Products Ltd. formulated the Health Management Declaration in August 2020 to promote strategic health management.

As we ""strive to create an environmentally friendly, safe and comfortable life with mobility society while contributing to global society through a worldwide network,"" the Central Automotive Products Ltd. corporate philosophy, it is important to ensure a work environment in which individual employees can experience satisfaction, an essential pillar supporting the soundness of the company. To achieve such an environment, we actively promote health management in cooperation with Group companies, the Health Insurance Association, industrial physicians, employees and their families.
To ensure proper promotion of the policy, the President has taken charge of health management while Directors, who are also the Executive Officers, and the General Affairs Department handle health promotion for the employees in cooperation with the Health Insurance Association and industrial physicians.
